I am trying to help one of our Sales Engineers load the Outlook plug In for CRM and he is the only one out of 23 sales people to have this issue.
We run Windows 7 and Outlook 2010 32-bit.
After we download the Outlook 2010 32-bit plug-in and install it, we go to Outlook to sign in to the Zoho CRM plug in. After we try to login using his Zoho CRM credentials (verified that they are correct), we get the following error message:
We have removed, re-downloaded and retried several times with the same issue.
