Outlook Plug In Issue

I downloaded the free trial of the Outlook plug in and then decided to buy a license for $3 a month.
 
The trial version expired but now I have bought the monthly license.
 
The issue is when i go to use it in Outlook it says i've been deactivated.
 
So i went into the CRM settings and made sure Outlook plug in was activated and i even removed the plug in from my computer and reinstalled it but its still wont let me sign in.
 
Does anyone know how to fix this problem as I can't get my emails into the CRM???
