Outlook Plug-In Not Working

As of Monday, my Outlook Plug-In is not functioning.  Whenever I attempt to Log-In, I get an error message:

Zoho CRM Outlook Edition
You must specify a valid username and password.

I have not modified my username or password, other than the SSO Migration change that was required at log-in on Monday.  However, I have tried to use various log-in combinations, all to no avail.


I was curious if my time ran out on my Outlook Plug-In Trial.  If so, what is the cost of monthly use?  Or, is there another fix/issue?

Please advise.
