Outlook Plugin - Change Automatically Include Attachments

In the Outlook Plugin when adding an email, is it possible for the check box for "Attachments" not to be automatically marked? When this is automatically marked, more often than not, our employees forget to unmark it if attachments are not important to include in the CRM. We therefore risk quickly to have too much information in the system and having to buy additional space than what is actually needed.
