Outlook Plugin for CRM - Password not working
I have installed the CRM outlook plugin installed (after may repeated attempts) however when I attempt to login within outlook the password is not working and i get the error message "you must use a valid username and password"
The blogs I have read state it's supposed to be the same as the Zoho login, can anybody confirm is this correct?. I have contacted support but have had no response so wanted to ask if anybody else could help me?
I am not the first within our company to have experienced poor tech support - is this the norm?
