Hi,

I'm unable to install the outlook plugin, it comes up with "unable to register dll", also if I try to uninsall the application i get "unable to de-register dll".

I've tried the clean up tool to no avail.

My system is XP home SP2, with outlook 2003 SP3

can you advise on what to do next please.
