My client has installed the
Outlook Plugin Version 2010, 2013 & 2016 32-bit with their Z-CRM Plus. A couple of users are complaining that their Outlook is displaying a spinning wheel in the right side (Zoho integration), then eventually freezing their Outlook all together.
Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, how did you resolve the issue? I might also want to add that their Windows and Office are hosted.
