outlook plugin newbie - emails listed as leads??

outlook plugin newbie - emails listed as leads??

Outlook emails seem to be appearing as Leads in my queue.  The emails are not leads, and have nothing to do with leads, and I don't want them to appear.  Where do I control that??  Thanks for any help for the newbie!
