I synced some contacts last week, but today I tried to add more and it's not finding the new people I added. It just says there are no changes.  I tried using the "Mark as Zoho" button and also manually setting the Zoho category.  I uninstalled (deleting the "data folder") and reinstalled with no effect. 

Some syncs will freeze half way through the contact scan, and then recover, which is how it worked last week.  But today some syncs scan smoothly without giving me a "not responding" message -- but either way today it's not recognizing changes. I don't know if this behavior is related to the syncing problem.

Any troubleshooting steps to perform?  I do like the product very much, but need the outlook sync to work.
