Outlook Plugin not syncing/updating

I have Outlook 2010 and plugin sometimes does not "stick" and stay active.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled it from download off Zoho site a number of times.  It works most of the time.

When it does work, it is not updating contacts in Outlook contacts.  For example I make a change to contact in Zoho CRM (added email address to contact that did not have one in there at all).  And yes, the contact exists in both Zoho and Outlook already from original sync.

I then sync contacts and it shows changes to be made when I view list.  Looks good so far, but then after it is done I view contact in Outlook and email address is not in there.  If I sync contacts again with Zoho addin, it shows the same change AGAIN and then it does not do it at all.  It's like it won't actually follow thru and update the contact or something.

Please help and fix this.
