I have put in the Outlook Plugin and was able to transfer new contacts back and forth but if I update a contact and do sync again nothing updates.

 

Example for 2 different records I added the phone number in Outlook and an e-mail address is Zoho and when I did sync it came up with no updates. I want to roll this out to my team but until I get this worked out its pointless.
