I am using Outlook Sync.  The first Sync added all my Outlook Contacts to Zoho CRM.  There are some contact that I do not want in Zoho. 

I then added to the Contacts to that I wanted to Sync the Category "Zoho" and synced.

I then deleted my personal contacts from Zoho, when Syncing it removed them from Outlook as well.

How do I get a Category of Contact from Outlook into Zoho,  and if I add contact to Zoho how do I get them to sync to Outlook without syncing EVERY contact.
