What we want to do is enable our sales team to set appointments in Outlook and have them sync to the appropriate account and/or contact. In my test situation, I can do this from Zoho to Outlook as I can select from the list of accounts, then select the contact(s).
The Outlook contact has the same Account Name and Contact as Zoho (the contacts are synced). So if I select Andy as the participant, it has the exact same information. When I schedule the appointment, it appears in Zoho's Event view, but not under Andy's contact or the account to which Andy is associated.
Is what we want to do possible?
