Page Format

Why doc "Print Preview" format different from doc "Export"? For example I have a document tailer to fit 2 pages, "Print Preview" and the actual print out is okay. However, when I "Export" the doc to whatever formats, it's fonts and line spacing are changed, page break occur in the 2/3 of the 1st page and the whole doc ended up into 4 pages.
