Paid for mail service, still receiving "Mail outgoing blocked" messages due to exceeding recipient count

Paid for mail service, still receiving "Mail outgoing blocked" messages due to exceeding recipient count

I understand that the limit is 100/day for the free service, but why am I getting this error as a paid account? If this is a setting, how can it be changed?
