I have phone number (+17202548042) saved for Vendor. 

When I search this vendor with following API with exact phone number, getting result.

But when searching this vendor with following API with partial phone number, not getting result.

Same type of partial search is not working for Accounts as well.

But partial phone number search is working for Contacts and Leads.
