I noticed that pasting images to replies was changed lately, something about it seems off now

I can't properly resize image, I have the options of "original, best, small, remove" and when I try to manually resize the image it goes BERSERK and does some weird ultra-shrink to images with every slight movement of the mouse.

Does this sound at all familiar?
