Forms PDF Editor: What am I missing? Custom template looks like paper original but how do I access it???

So using the PDF Editor, I built a perfect copy of the original paper form I'm replacing including all the merge fields. I fill the form and submit it and.....nothing? Yes all the entries are there in "All Entries" but there is no mechanism (that I can see) to access the merged Custom Template.
This is what I'm trying to achieve:
  1. The user fills out the form on an iPad 
  2. Signs it in a Signature Field 
  3. Hands it to the customer
  4. The customer accepts the Terms (Checkbox)
  5. Enters their name
  6. Signs it in a 2nd Signature Field
  7. The user hits Submit
  8. The merged signed PDF is created from the Custom template and stored in WorkDrive or OneDrive, preferably as "Form_Name-Form_Field"
