Hi Zoho CRM Community!

I am working on the final stages of deploying our quoting module and have hit a few snags.  

First, our team will be using a different template for each sales channel (Domestic Direct, Domestic Distributor. and international) because the system does not allow any dynamic content generation.  We have different fields and models we display to each customer group for various reasons.  Reviewing the community board I see a work-around utilized within Zoho Creator, but the work-around requires Rich Text Fields are we do not have that within Zoho CRM.

Second, my team is frustrated by the number of clicks require to export PDF of a quote.  Does anyone have experience using a function to collect the filename, template selection, layout style, and page size?  I see the functionality exists within Zoho Creator, but I want this nativly within Zoho CRM!
