Permission Denied on Mail Merge (Microsoft)

Hi, we recently migrated our users to stand alone PC’s. The users have administrator rights but during the Mail Merge process (we are using Microsoft Office 2007) and it comes out “permission denied” (see print sceen).
 

I ensure the following:

1. Plug-in was downloaded & installed:
https://crm.zoho.com/crm/MailMerge.do?action=OfficePlugin

2. Web browser was configured as instructed in link:
https://zohocrm.wiki.zoho.com/Zoho-CRM-Office-Plugin-Installation-Procedure.html#Configure_Web_browser_to_install_ActiveX_Control
-I even added zoho.com website as a trusted website.

3. Ensure Active user had the "Zoho CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Office" enabled:
https://crm.zoho.com/crm/License.do?actionType=LicenseUsers
-for the moment the user with credentials:
Fullnmae: 1stcallclaims
Email address: steve@1stcallfinancial.net
Role: CEO
Profile: Administrator
Had “Zoho CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Office” enabled.
