Phishing Spam from "DR OZ" can't be fltered, no matter how many filters I create?

Phishing Spam from "DR OZ" can't be fltered, no matter how many filters I create?

I'm getting over 10 spam emails with "dr oz" being part of the address.   I have created over 15 filters to try to stop this, but nothing seems to work, these emails (and they are Phishing type spam) keep getting through, at an alarming rate.  Is anyone else experiencing this, and how do I stop it?  As stated above, I've created filters with the word OZ in them in at least 15 permutations.
