Phone questionnaire linked to record
We have a form that has questions we ask leads to qualify them. I have successfully created the form but what I would like to have happen is to have my salesperson simply have to click "Add" within the lead details area and automatically associated to the form similar to when you record a call or add a task from the lead detail area.
Right now I can search for the Lead name and associate it manually, but I don't want that to be part of the process. I want it as seamless as possible just like your default setup where it automatically associates the task to the lead, contact, etc...
I have attached a screenshot of what I would like to have automatically filled in when the form is opened.
