Phone support needs serious help
My small company is looking for a bunch of solutions that different Zoho products may offer. When I called your toll free number for sales support, I was obviously connected to a person who did not speak english as a first language and the phone connection was scratchy and sub-par. In the middle of the conversation, the call was cut off. This is not the way to instilling trust in potential customers who are considering placing their precious business systems in your hands.
Outsourcing phone based sales support to some other country (I'm assuming India) is a really bad idea for many different reasons. Your specific implementation is worse than most, which does not instill any confidence that your web-based services are any better. It's an image thing, and you guys are not putting forth a great image at this point.
I'll be taking my business elsewhere to some other company that seems to be more stable and established. Sorry, I would have liked to use your stuff.
