We are trying to integrate our custom pbx with zoho crm for our client, who already has an account with zoho crm. We are developing this on a trial account. Is there any limitations on trial accounts for using phonebridge apis ?
We have managed to successfully add the pbx to the available provider dropdown. However, during the call event notifications we get "Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation. Contact your Administrator.". What could be the possible reasons. Please help us to resolve this issue.
