Phonebridge Integration Function

I am looking to start testing out the Phonebridge for our Asterisk phone system. I am still curious on how it all works and looks when it is done. Does anyone have any pictures or insight as to how the flow and feel will be when completed? 

The phone system has a web based switchboard, do we see integration on that side or will everything just flow into CRM and Support? 

That is the other question as well, we use both CRM and Support from Zoho. Is there a way to have them both setup?
