PhoneBridge RingCentral - call start time

PhoneBridge RingCentral - call start time

Hi,

We just got PhoneBridge set up last thursday and I have a problem - my call start times are all an hour off.
The phone rang a minute ago which was just before 5pm Eastern. RingCentral's call log is showing 4:57pm and zoho is showing 3:57pm. I've double checked everywhere I know to check time zones and they are all set to Eastern.
Why is it saving them with a different time?
