pink text

some of the documents I import have all pink text. sometimes when i save a document i wrote with zoho, it is all pink when i reopen it.

also, do you support imnporting embedded images in word documents? the one i tried to import has a placeholder for the image, but only a broken icon there.

lastly- if i hide buttons that i don't use very often is it possible to access their function without going back through the options window and putting them back in?
