I have no idea what I'm doing, and I'm hoping someone will come to my rescue:
I am trying to organize this data regarding participants in a program we're doing for children living in poverty.
I need to collect this information grouped by "family"
- Participant Name
- Participant Age
- Participant Gender
- Participant Ethnicity
There are 19 program sessions. I need to track who attended each session and then be able to pull out demographic data by session as well as by all the sessions combined so I can answer questions like:
- How many children between the ages of 2 and 4 were at the October session?
- How many females were served over the course of the entire program?
I realize I'm way out of my element, but I have four separate programs and I'm going crazy trying to track the data for reporting.
If anyone has a kind heart and wants to help a struggling librarian (who's working hard to assist children and families in need!), I would so appreciate your advice.
