I spent a couple of hours evaluating this tool, but the fact that the booking page looks like a college project makes it unusable for us.   

This is a professional looking and easy to use booking page from a competing product.

This is not professional looking and is very difficult to use for a customer who wants to click less and not have to deal with multiple drop-downs.

The devs need to look at other booking service solutions to see why people are paying competitors, rather than using Zoho Bookings.
