Plug in for Outlook 2010 not able to add emails with one click
We just started with Zoho. I am responsible for our users to start adding items to the CRM. However, in Outlook 2010 if you want to add an email to Zoho, you first have to select the email (after sending), then click on the "Add-Ins" and then click on "add email to Zoho".
This will definitely prevent users from adding the emails, thus rendering the whole system useless.
Is there a way to at least add a button to the main ribbon?
