Is it possible to have pop up alerts to notify a user of important information about a specific account when they first access that account? For example, our customers are schools and sometimes we have an arrangement for 2 schools to share the same licence. If one of the schools calls us to renew the licence we need to action that renewal on both accounts but if the user doesn't read the notes thoroughly, they may miss the fact that the school is sharing a licence. A pop up alert on accessing the account would help warn them that they are entering an account that needs to be dealt with in conjunction with the other school. It would also be a good way of alerting users if that account had an ongoing issue or needed to be dealt with in a different way.
