Pop-Up information window
It would be good to have the ability to add a pop-up information window for important information each time a record is opened.
For example, you could add a one to an account saying that the contact works night shift and to only call after 5:00pm and when that account is opened that information pops up and needs to be dismissed before any action can be taken on the account ensuring agents are aware of any important information.
To add functionality the pop up could have options when dismissed like "Dismiss for Today" meaning that it won't pop up again for that specific agent for the remainder of the day.
