Populate checkbox based on filtered data from another form

Populate checkbox based on filtered data from another form

Hi,
I have a form with countries, then a form with states linked to a country.
I then have a third form that you can select a country from a lookup but what I want to do is make a checkbox field appear containing all of the states associated with that country.
Is this possible?
