Populating data from another field

Hi All

I'm trying to populate a simple new form with just three fields with data from another. I've have followed this thread: https://kbase.creator.zoho.com/records/populate-one-form-with-data-from-another-form but I just get errors along the lines of - { expected where temp -

The first Field in the new form is a lookup field which relates to a 'Job Number'. When the user chooses one, I'd like the Client and Contact information to be displayed.

What is the best way to achieve this?
