Possible to flag urgent tickets?

Hello,

I was wondering if it would be possible to flag urgent tickets in some way so that when they are replied to, they stand out in the 'My Open Tickets' list?

What I would like to do is when I reply to a customer's ticket, flag that ticket so that when they reply, the ticket is automatically highlighted somehow, perhaps by jumping it to the top of the list and changing the background colour of that ticket's row.

We already have it set up so that new tickets update their 'due date' automatically but being able to flag tickets somehow, that would be really helpful.
