Hi, I am new to Zoho and have tested my domain on the system.

It work fine and is a good solution for X users. But I have Y users that don't want to use Zoho and only needs their mail forwarded to an predefined mail.

Example

User1@domain.com -> uses paid zoho account

User2@domain.com -> forward to predefined adress

It seems like Zoho tries to limit such behavior. And I manage to get this function by putting my own server in front and forward to Zoho afterwards (it of course complains.on MX records beeing wrong).

I tried the routing function , but that required the username to equal on both domains.
