postUrl issue. 8 days have passed.

We've had enough with that. I reported a major issue with your postUrl() deluge script function. It doesn't work correctly because never sends "Content-length" header nowadays (but it must do that).
ALL our workflows do not work due to this issue. We can't do
ANYTHING. We lost money and users.
8 days have passed. I had chats with you every days, sometimes 3-4 times per day. In each chat you promised that i would be contacted soon. You
NEVER did that.
You call that "Enterprise" edition, while it looks like toyshop. Nothing works, nobody cares, days and weeks are passing and you just tell me "sorry" every time.
How other users work? Are we the only company around the world who use your postUrl() function?
What's going wrong, what's so hard to fix that? There was enough time to write a new deluge script engine from scratch, not just fixing that problem.
We are going to move from all Zoho services, we had enough since 2010. Every time simple errors take WEEKS to fix. We had YEARS of pain with Zoho Mail and so on.
You never even offer refunds or discount, like nothing has happened, like it's normal to stop all workflow for 2 weeks for your customers.
The ONLY your service which works without any problem is your payments service, which charges our credit cards during your major issues with any other service. It literally takes our money every time, even when there nothing worked for weeks.
