Prevent Auto Reply loops in ZOHO Desk

Good day,

I was hoping to get some assistance with setting up a rule in ZOHO desk that would prevent auto reply loops.

For example, when a customer opens a ticket, we send an auto-reply. Some customers will also send auto-replies and sometimes that will create loops.

Is there a way to prevent that in ZOHO Desk?
