Print prints screen, not the document

I've had several strange issues with Zoho Writer.

Nothing has really bothered me until today when I'm trying to print a document and it prints the screen, not the document. I'm using the preview button, then print. I've tried clicking the print button on the document. And NO I'm not mistakenly using the browser's print feature. This is all within Zoho Writer.

I've printed docs before, so this is strange.

The other strange things are when editing a doc---for example highlighting a selection and changing the font or using bold or italic. Sometimes it just doesn't work. I've tried using Firefox and IE and get similar results.
