It would be great to have a print driver so we could print a document directly into the clients file in CRM.  For example:  I have a document from another system, I could pick print and then pick CRM print driver, it opens the CRM you can search for the client file then print direcly into their file and it shows up as an attachment.  This would be a great feature!
