Problem

I've tyred to export a document but it doesent working! I've tryed evry format but its doesent will be downloades. Its youst comes a new windows. "Exports to..." and then it comes a question from Internet Explorer: Seacurity warning: Do you want to download this file. I say Yes and then its youst open Zohowriter with the document! I want it on my pc
