Problem adding new user "This user is not allowed to add in Zoho"

Hola equipo de Zoho, tenemos el dominio @GRUPOREYNOSO.COM, al agregar un nuevo usuario nos da el mensaje de error:
"Este usuario no puede agregar en Zoho. Comuníquese con support-as@zohocorp.com para obtener más detalles".
Y al agregar un nuevo alias nos sale un mensaje de error "AS101"
