Problem IP configuration in the administrator

I'm writing from Brazil, as domino the language I am using a translator.
I'm with the very serious problem in the field (limpkom.com.br) registered by
admin@limpkon.com.br registered for my brother and me recently reported difficulty accessing their site administrator. zoho, in an attempt to resolve the issue registered IP for access and now the lock applied on all our IP including the machine that I used to do the setting, I would like to reset this setting or even deleting your account to release a new record.
