Problem when setting up a new account.

I am getting the below message during the setting up an account for a customer for domain ahpci.com.  It requested that I "Create domain based email account in Zoho", but no matter what I put in for the account name I get this message:

This user is not allowed to add in Zoho. Please contact support-as@zohocorp.com for further details.

Looking at the forum this has been a pervasive problem for many other people.  Please clear the fault as soon as possible.  We will be directing other customers to your service but if this is a recurring problem it's going to be difficult to recommend ZoHo.  I have set up accounts in the recent past without running in this difficulty.

I emailed the noted address also on this issue.
