I'm trying to deactivate ZOHO CRM Plugin for Microsoft Outlook.

When I try to save I get the message  "You cannot enable ZOHO CRM Plugin for Microsoft Outlook activation for a disabled user".

First I'm not trying to activate, I'm trying to deactivate, secondly the user is not disabled!
