I have started looking into integrating mail into out CRM but I have noticed that when I have a mail conversation with a lead our mails are not grouped as one conversation. I believe that it because the heading of the mail is changed a "Re:" is aded to the heading and sometimes "Sv:". Can this be fixed? It is very hard to follow a mail conversation as it it today. ( Or is my setup wrong?
