Problem with Outlook Plugin
The plugin for Outlook for one of my clients suddenly stopped working last week. The system doesn't seem to recognise her credentials any more. I have tried this on my own system - I normally use ZOHO mail - and have found the sme problem.
Something tells me that the reason is that the Plugin was upgraded last year and needed to be reinstalled - is that the case and would this resolve the issue. If the plugin in is re-installed will my client lose the emails she has already stored against the records in ZOHO?
