PROBLEM WITH RECEIVING EMAIL
Hello,
I have a website on Shopify with a domain bought on shopify itself. My website is www.bonconte.com
I tried to make the email configuration on zoho but now I can send emails but not receiving them.
When sending email to
info@bonconte.com from my personal email, I receive a message saying that the mx.zohomail.com refused my email.
I don't know how to make the configuration right on my shopify. I need the email to be used so soon.
