Problems receiving emails from Wordpress
I have 2 domains and I run a Woocommerce site on Wordpress, with emails hosted on Zoho. Everything was working well until a month ago when I no longer receive new orders/notifications from woocommerce. My emails hosted on Zoho also cannot access using Macmail and on my iphone. The error message is "unable to verify account/password". When I tried to delete the email accounts and change my password, they also don't work. May I know what is the issue? This issue only affects one of the domains i host on Zoho mail (the other one is ok).
The only way I could access my Zoho mails now are through the desktop app and mobile app. All other email apps on iphone and Macbook have failed to access.
