Dear All,
I have recently decided to switch to zoho mail after experiencing consistent delays in the ipage mail service over the last year.
In order to make the process as seamless as possible, I have configured dual delivery to re-route a copy of all emails to our domain back to the ipage servers while we test the ZOHO service works as well as advertised. However, whilst emails are arriving fine at the duplicated zoho accounts, so far not a single email has been successfully delivered to the ipage accounts. Everything current points to some sort of email loop.
I attach a copy of the mail header after having run it through the google mail header analyser. I can confirm that the mx records for mydomain are set to point to the zoho mx servers and the destination server in the mail routing setting is set to "mx.ipage.com"
Any help or suggestions that anyone can provide would be most appreciated.
